Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Mashup Digitizing ("we", "us"), based at Fateh Garh Agency Chowk, Sialkot 51310, Pakistan. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to them. If anything in a written quote we send you differs from these terms, the quote takes priority for that order.

1. What we provide

• Custom work: embroidery digitizing, hand embroidery and bullion patterns, and vector artwork prepared from the artwork and requirements you send us.
• Ready-made designs: pre-made embroidery designs from our collection, starting at $9.99 per design.

We deliver digital files only (stitch files, patterns, and artwork). We don't manufacture or ship physical products.

2. Quotes and orders

• All orders start with a quote request. We reply with a price, the files and formats you'll receive, and the delivery time.
• An order is confirmed when you accept our quote and we confirm your artwork and requirements. Quotes are based on the information you give us; if the artwork or requirements change, the price or delivery time may change too, and we'll tell you before continuing.
• Prices are in US dollars unless your quote says otherwise. Payment methods and when payment is due are stated in your quote or invoice.

3. Delivery

Standard orders are delivered within 24 hours, and rush orders within 4–6 hours, counted from when your order is confirmed. Very large or complex designs may take longer; if so, we'll give you the delivery time in your quote. Files are delivered by email or another method agreed with you.

4. Your responsibilities

• You must own, or have permission to use, any artwork, logo, or trademark you send us. You're responsible for any claim that arises from artwork you supplied.
• Give us accurate details: finished size, placement, fabric, machine format, and any other requirements.
• Check and test-stitch delivered files before using them in a full production run. We can't be responsible for materials, garments, or machine time used without a test.

5. Edits and revisions

Edits and revisions are free. If a file needs adjusting after your test stitch-out, contact us and we'll update it. The scope of included revisions is confirmed with your quote. Changes to the original design or requirements after delivery may be quoted as new work. See our Refund Policy for how corrections and refunds work.

6. Ownership and licenses

• Custom work: once your order is paid in full, you own the files we created for you and can use and modify them without restriction. The underlying artwork stays owned by whoever owned it before.
• Ready-made designs: the design stays our property. Buying one gives you a non-exclusive license to stitch it on products you make, sell, or give away, without limit on quantity. You may not resell, share, or give away the design file itself, or offer it as part of another design collection.

7. Our portfolio

We may show finished work in our portfolio and marketing. If you don't want your work shown, tell us when you order, or ask us at any time and we'll remove it.

8. Artwork we can't accept

We may decline any request, including artwork that appears to infringe someone else's rights or that is unlawful, hateful, or obscene.

9. Limitation of liability

We prepare every file carefully, but machines, fabrics, and settings vary. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as damaged garments, lost production time, or lost profit. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We'll always try to resolve problems directly with you first.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
