About this service
When a patch needs to follow the design's shape, such as a mascot, a logo outline, or a complex emblem, a merrowed edge can't follow it. Instead the patch is finished with a satin border and cut to shape with a hot knife or laser, which seals the edge. We digitize the design with a satin border that follows the outline and a precise cut line, so shaped patches come out clean and sealed.
